Many internet browsers do not have FTP functionality, including the new Internet Explorer 7.
To access the Premiere Networks Engineering FTP site we recommend using an actual FTP Client program (Cute FTP, FileZilla, WS_FTP...),
or Windows Explorer
To use Windows Explorer please follow instructions below:
Open Windows Explorer by clicking on "My Computer", "My Documents",
"My Network Places" or Start>Programs>Accessories>Windows Explorer.
Now type in ftp://ftp.engineering.premiereradio.com in the address bar
(if you cannot see the Address Bar in Windows Explorer, then in the
Menu Bar select View>Toolbars>Address Bar)
A login window will pop-up. Type in the username and password you were given and click
Save Password in the lower part of the box then click Log On.
If a login window does not appear in the Menu Bar select File>Login As.
If this error pops up "An error occurred opening the folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access this folder."
clear the error and repeat above step.
Once you have saved your passwords they should be available in the drop down menu on the login page.
Locate the folder that corresponds to the show you wish to download. Right click on the folder,
select Open or Double-click on the folder to open it.
Highlight the folder/files that you want to download.
Then right-click the folder/files and select copy to folder.
Select the folder on you computer where you wish to download to, Click OK.
